A different way to look at life

I was talking to Julian and I said, 'Julian, you didn't really do anything constructive today. You slept, woke up, ate breakfast, watch TV, slept again, woke up, eat lunch and then do some shopping with us.'Julian said, 'No, I rested, woke up, ate a healthy breakfast of wheat and protein, watch some entertaining educational TV program, grew for an hour, woke up, energize myself and then exercised.'
